We are proud to announce the upcoming release of Amarbhumi by our director, Jigme  Lama — a powerful narrative weaving history, memory, culture, and the Himalayan quest for lasting happiness and meaning. The Nepali edition was honored as one of the Top 2 Non-Fiction Books of 2024 among Nepali authors in Nepal and abroad, awarded by Sahitya Post. We are proud to feature our core philosophy of exploration in a dedicated chapter of Bob Henderson’s book, Ways to Go: Reconsidering Travel as told through Two Himalaya Adventures—1971 & 2023. Written by our director, Jigme Lama, as a part of his lifelong experience and legacy in meaningful, community-based tourism, this chapter details our unique, ethical approach to the Himalayas. It illustrates how a deep respect for sacred geography drives our commitment to environmental literacy, cultural humility, and economic fairness. Drawing directly from his decades of sustainable mountain leadership in Nepal, his contribution highlights a vital shift away from standard, summit-focused "expedition culture" toward our signature regenerative model—one rooted in purposeful exploration, slow travel, and profound human connection.
